Can members and outside guests use the same system?

Yes. Members can book approved spaces using their company’s included hours. Outside guests can browse availability and pay for reservations through your public booking portal.

Can I set different hour allowances for different companies?

Yes. You can assign included monthly hours, approved spaces, and overage rules to member companies.

How do guest payments work?

You connect your Stripe account to accept guest booking payments. Stripe processing fees apply. ZoomRoom does not add a transaction fee.

What happens after I request a demo?

We’ll follow up at the email address you provide to arrange a walkthrough. Submitting this form does not create an account or book an appointment automatically.

Can I decline optional ad measurement?

Yes. Declining does not affect your demo request. We only load the Google Ads tag if you allow measurement, and you can change your choice through Measurement choices in the footer.
